Refund Policy
SpotOn Money currently provides international remittance services only. As we launch additional services, we may publish further or updated refund terms covering those services.
We review and update this Policy on a regular basis. Please refer to the latest version published on this website.
Processed transactions
Once a transaction has been processed by us, it cannot be recalled and a refund cannot be given.
Cancelled transactions
A transaction can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed by us. In that case, any payments received from you will be refunded, less an administration fee of £3.
Wire transfers and bank deposits
For wire transfers, please make sure to include your client number as the payment reference and transfer the money from your bank account to our account.
We do not accept cash deposits. If you deposit cash to our account, we will not process the transaction and no refund will be issued.
