Monex International Limited (company number 04974470) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spot On Money Limited (company number 10798621). Both companies are registered in England and Wales, with their registered office at 32 Spring Street, Paddington, London, W2 1JA.

Monex International Limited is regulated by HMRC and registered as a Money Service Business since December 2003 (registration number XDML00000119742). We are obligated to conform and comply with the strict anti-money-laundering regulations and practices set by the regulators.
We do not speculate on exchange rates and we keep our spread on the rates low. We may give you information and our opinions on market movements in order to guide you through an immediate transaction, but please be aware that market rates are liable to fluctuation and vary throughout the day.

Monex International Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as a Small Payment Institution (FRN: 510848). The “SpotOn Money” trading name is registered under Monex International Limited.
We are obligated to notify the UK data protection regulator (the Information Commissioner’s Office, or “ICO”) of any personal data breaches as required by law. We are also obligated to notify security breaches to relevant regulatory bodies where such breaches do not relate to personal data. We ensure that we have adequate measures and a suitable Data Breach Notification Policy in place to respond to any security breach in accordance with the applicable requirements.
